Welcome to Darlene's Closet.  This is a website for transgender individuals who believe like I do that we, as a community, are segregated against today in the world just like people across the globe have been for thousands of years throughout history.   Many of us, men who like to dress or live in the clothes of the female gender are afraid to follow our instinct because we are afraid that we might lose our job, friends, family, or colleague.  I believe that this is an unfair fate for us.  In order to oppose this oppression that no human being deserves, transgendered people like myself need to stand for what we believe in the spirit of respect for human dignity.  What I mean by "dignity" is that we must represent the values and ideals that we stand for with the utmost respect for ourselves and the Women that we love so much.  It is in this spirit that I, a Black professional man living in the U.S. takes the beacon of freedom that democracy promises to all in order to seek a dialogue in our community.  So, please, feel free to post descent pictures that dignify women.  NO PORNOGRAPHY ALLOWED! And let us rejoice in sisterhood by exchanging thoughtful ideas about us in the spirit of love and friendship.
